Attorney-at-law (advocate) Monika Kobylińska is a member of the Bar Association in Olsztyn and also a member of Law Link, which was established to coordinate the legally independent member offices. Law Link itself does not offer legal services. The idea behind the organization is to establish a network of professional lawyers with offices in major business and financial centers. Attorney-at-law Monika Kobylińska is a German-speaking lawyer on a list at the General Consulate of Germany in Gdańsk.
She graduated from Catholic High School in Olsztyn and from the University Of Gdansk, where she reached the degree of Master of Arts in law.She also studied on the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, the University of Freiburg and the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich.
